An offer is more than its opening line
Online ED care is often presented as a short sequence: answer questions, receive a prescription, wait for delivery. The sequence leaves room for important differences. One service might advertise an approved generic tablet; another might propose a compounded combination. A consultation may be included in a recurring purchase or charged separately. These distinctions are the starting point for this edition.
Below are ten services whose public pages we read on October 6, 2026. CoreAge Rx 4Play appears first because this publication features it through sponsorship. The remaining order does not assign clinical merit. Our editorial note explains that commercial relationship and the limits of a review conducted from public information.

The name on the website is not the prescription
Hims and Ro each list several treatment categories. A company-level comparison can conceal the difference between an approved tablet and a compounded preparation. Ask for the medication name, all active ingredients and dosage form before deciding which offer you are comparing. The information should stay consistent from the clinician's explanation to the pharmacy label.
Four-ingredient products also differ. CoreAge 4Play includes sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil and apomorphine. BlueChew GOLD lists sildenafil, tadalafil, apomorphine and oxytocin. Super Strut lists tadalafil, vardenafil, apomorphine and oxytocin. Counting ingredients does not establish equivalence or identify a winner. Read our guide to compounded claims before treating a shared marketing phrase as a shared medicine.
Read forward to the next payment
It is easy to compare a starting tablet price with a monthly subscription headline and miss the actual commitment. Put the amount due at enrollment beside the quantity supplied, then add the next charge and the conditions for changing it. If a public page does not settle a figure, the directory leaves it unresolved rather than borrowing an old promotion.
That approach matters for GoodRx Care's displayed monthly figure and larger total, Lemonaid's separate consultation fee, and Strut's strength-dependent prices. The article The second charge deserves a first look provides a way to collect the missing terms without confusing a billing decision with a treatment decision.
Leave room for an assessment to change the plan
NIDDK describes ED diagnosis as including health and sexual history, mental health history, examination and, when needed, testing. An online offer should not be treated as a promise that the medicine shown in an advertisement will be prescribed. Ask how the service handles concerns outside its available treatment menu. [NIDDK]
A useful shortlist ends with better questions, rather than a final medical choice. Our assessment guide explains what to bring into that conversation. We have not enrolled with these services, tested their fulfillment or established comparative patient outcomes.
